Events and Timezones

Hey everyone just a quick note to say that from now on ALL events will be using UTC time stamps, not "local time". This includes Credit Heist and it's forthcoming sister event. Additionally, Credit Heist will be run for 24 hours each time it is live to prevent situations like what happened yesterday from ever happening again. This does mean players will no longer be able to exploit timezone shenanigans to do the event twice. However, we're raising the rewards! So this should see everyone capable of executing the Heist be able to pull in some needed credits.

You will see these changes for the first time next week with the next content update. Jesse will have details in his next Friday post or the update notes.
