Completion Stars Not Awarding Correctly

Just finished a GW match where I only lost one character, but was awarded a single star as though I lost two. Not sure if it really has an impact on anything (do the rewards from the chest change?), but there ya go.

i've gotten 1 star on a bounty hunter before and same reward

Did any of your characters die and then come back? If so the game treats it as a death. I got a one star with all my characters alive at the end of the battle. I had 2 or 3 die and come back.

HK died and self rezzed, that was it. So I was expecting two stars, as I've noticed the rezz guys don't count in the end.
