St Han and AA lead bug

AA speed not working in my St Han..so my St Han has 188 speed (without AA) so with AA lead it should be 213....but a St Han with 197 speed (with EP) lead goes first...this has happened before, so is AA lead speed actually being recognised or not, as my Han should be going first
