The wording doesn't say used up after one use. It says gain advantage for 2 turns. And the system even counts assists as turns so no the ability is bygged. It should stay on your character 2 turns. I mean when I get offense up on other characters it stays 2 turns. Or put dots on for 2-3 turns. If it says 2 turns then it should be 2 turns.not 1 hit

In the release notes when they changed advantage they explained exactly how the new advantage would work. Once you attack the buff is consumed, otherwise it lasts for two turns then fades. Not bugged.

These are two different things. Advantage itself last exactly one attack, regardless for how many turns this buff was given and regardless how advantage was provided. There are a lot of heroes which grant or get advantage via various skills and its always the same: after being used it's consumed (unless it is provided again via other skills, like via phasmas leader skill).
You could then argue: But why giving advantage for longer than one turn anyway? Because if your hero is using other non-attack skills it would just wear off unused otherwise. So advantage for two turns gives your heroes two turns to actually take "advantage" from the advantage buff.

Thanks for clarifying it.
