Am I screwed? Missing gear

I came in second place in our raid last night, but after claiming my prize, I only got the Han Solo shards, the credits and guild currency. I never received my gear. I had received a full stun cuffs, 40 security scanner shards and 16 sensor array shards. When I went to my characters to gear up, no stun cuffs and it shows I have 0 security scanner shards.

I have opened a case with EA, but am I just SOL? Will EA actually find a way to get me back my missing gear? My magic 8-ball says, "Outlook not so good."

I lost 75 leia shards due to a bug when activating her. And after a couple of correspondence and a deleted forum thread (because support told me to make one), they offered to compensate me 100 crystals.

They don't and will not help you with anything "lost" etc. That's how this system works. Sadly.

If they want to compensate me 3,000 crystals for basically two full gear pieces, that is fine.
