Tarkin Leader Speed bugged? (and perhaps Palpatine on his own)
Palpatine is at 197 speed at the mo, RG is around 130. When Tarkin leads, RG goes first every time. Palp just sits there naval gazing.
I also ensure Tarkin led Palp will beat the fastest toon on the opposition side and Palp never goes first. Just doesn't seem to get anything from Tarkin at all.
