And Yoda dies in like two hits, would stacking tenacity mods on your arena team be a viable strategy? I have yet to come across an enemy in arena or gw with these, are they junk or not?

Tenacity is pretty much **** right now from what I understand. You would sacrifice a lot of other stats in hopes that you can resist something by a few more percent assuming you can break your opponents potency threshold.

I'm finding my EP has been stunning a little less on average than the enemy EPs, and he even had a nice little string of resisted shocks on tanks today that really screwed me, and since I did not get lucky during the precrafting era, his speed is average at best on my server, so I cannot use my potency primary due to having to take out my second highest speed secondary to do so. 30% tenacity added to each toon could be useful but it would be awfully expensive and mod drops have been hot garbage for me lately.
