PSA: There is now a 4th ability materials challenge level

Moar purple! It's not visible unless you scroll to the right. I am not sure what the minimum level is but I think it is open to level 60s (I can enter it at level 61).
@CG_JohnSalera and @CG_AaronNemoyten - Thanks for adding the new challenge tiers, they are much appreciated!
ETA: It would be nice if they were a bit more challenging though, as they were at lower levels. You can pretty much auto them at level 60+.
