In App Purchase locks up before awarding Dooku

I purchased the Dark Side starter pack with Count Dooku. When it goes to the character unlock, the screen freezes without showing Dooku. If I click skip or close the program, I do not have Dooku. I repeated the steps, and had the same issue. I want to make sure I only was charged once, and that I can get the purchase restored. Restore Purchases doesn't load anything.
