compensations for outage
Hi guys,
so recently there's an error that made players can't log into the game, then all players got compensation a few hours later, even tho for some people including me and most of my guildmates, it was around 1AM when the problem started so we weren't affected at all.
I do not know the reasoning behind these compensations, whether it's the inability to filter players based on their timezone or simply nobody bothers to do it. But as consequences, players who have payout time and daily activity resets during the server error are upset because of this. It is unfair because players are competing with other people from different timezones.
It has happened multiple times in the past, and it WILL happen again in the future, so for the game's sake i hope devs would come up with a fair solution to compensate those who were affected the most.
