Why the jedi order bundle so much more expensive than the assassin droid pack?

Both come with 2 characters and some shards but the jedi bundle is more than twice as expensive.

I'm trying to understand the logic behind this price. If it was the same price as the assassin droid bundle I would probably get it.

Because Jedi are more popular then Droids

Droid bundle was a starter - giving new players a break/starter drug - but $29.99
Jedi bundle is event specific - appealing to impulse buy - $59.99
Jedi bundle also has 2 characters and shards for 3 characters

That's enough to account for $30. If you take time and motives out and just look at cost vs. what you get, the Droid bundle is far better. However, people who are desperate to "get Yoda" will spend more than someone new to the game who is on the fence. It's all about marketing and price sensitivity. You also have to realize that if there weren't enough people spending $59.99, it would be cheaper.
