Offense Down removing buffs on IG-88

There is a scenario that's repeatedly happening in arena. IG-88 is getting an offense down applied to him by Old Ben. When that offense down expires IG-88 does not have his damage fully restored.

I believe his adaptive aim algorithm is not being restored. I believe in the past that has been able to be stolen by Yoda so it is likely an unseen buff but the application of offense down is affecting it. All characters are using maxed out abilities and are 7* lvl80 because arena.

I don't think this is limited to IG-88. I've noticed that my entire team continues to have reduced damage output after recovering from Offense Down inflicted by Old Ben.
