He likes everything, He is already tanky so health is not the best, but still good. Crit Damage is great, speed is great, Potency is great if you are relying on him to buff block. Now if you have your pick of mods, Crit Damage mods make his AOE deadly. Oddly enough I do not find a need to put much crit chance on him.

Crit chance mods with as many speed secondaries as possible. Crit damage triangle, speed arrow, protection and offense in other mod spots, works well for me and my squad.

I use four crit damage mods and two health mods. All with speed secondary and arrow with speed primary.
