Rancor phase 2 STARTS with Devour on

Since my last thread got merged with one that has no business with mine and so i lost my thread, here i am again, showing, with pics what's happening if you are the LAST ONE to finish phase 1 and your whole team dies and does not enter phase 2. Now can someone tell me that this is happening because of the Rancor slam and merge my thread again to a totally different one? And on top of this receive a warning about it??? FYI this has been happening to me in every raid since the beginning where i was the one to close out phase 1 and had all my toons dying.
