There is no such thing as hitting less lately, bad RNG or you are fighting Evaison Leads. Best mods are most likely either Crit Chance and Crit Damage and Speed

4 me, Crit Dam 216%, Crit Chance 46%, since his unique +15% cc.
SPD is no so critical cuz I'm running him with AA

IMO 2xCC 4xCD triangle with CD primary and as many cc and offense secondaries as possible.
Every 200 physical damage from offense added is ~1k in crit damage from a 2nd + AoE

Best combo for him is 4 crit damage mods and 2 crit chance mods

Top right you want +30 speed
Middle right you want +36% crit damage
For others try to get offense primary

for secondary stats, try to get as much speed, crit chance and offense in there.

Boom goes the dynamite.
