I think it would be cool to have a trade character feature with your guild. Say if one of your guild members is one toon away from getting 7* Yoda, I'd be down with giving up my 7* Jedi Consular for a build toon. If you could throw in some mods, shards, or credits in the trade deals, I'm sure the feature would be used on the reg. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, the exploits with this are large. You could open three mule accounts and all farm ani without using refreshes and give the shards all to your main.

Is that what people are doing now on gear requests? I think if you limited it on the guild it would bypass some, but not all cheaters

No. Gear donations are so limited in scope and timing, I doubt anyone is exploiting gear donations through alt accounts. It's mostly done for guild coins and raiding more frequently.
