Missing Shoretrooper shards from tournament

I finished with rank #11 in the tournament and received the following rewards:

• 2M credits
• 14 mk3 ability materials
• 3 Omega materials
• gear (appropriate levels)
• Shoretrooper (3 stars)
• 10 Shoretrooper shards

I should have received at least 30 Shoretrooper shards (maybe 40, I don't recall) for my 11th place finish. I have not claimed the rewards because they are missing at least 20 Shoretrooper shards.
What can I do to get this resolved?

UPDATE - I had opened a support issue and received a reply from Ross in support. The problem was with my understanding of the rewards and how they differed between different tiers of the tournament. My character account is level 77 and I was looking at expected rewards for a level 80 character. The rewards I received were correct for my ranking in my tier.
