Chromium 8-pack unlocking toon... Twice

Please fix this as it has actually happened to me twice in a row!
What happens is that one of the chromium packs gave me enough shards to unlock a toon (in my case, Echo). One of the other packs then unlocks the same toon... Which I already unlocked! It wasn't even converted into shards... It was just wasted.
This happening twice in a row is too much of a coincidence...that's two wasted packs!

It's perfectly normal to Get duplicate characters, It even says you can get duplicate characters, it did convert to shards, go and Check

What happened was, the first deck gave me shards up to 30 which unlocked the toon, then the second deck simply said 'toon awarded!'
I went to the toons screen and he was there, unlocked and with exactly 30 shards.
There could very well be a possibility that the sequence was reversed giving me a newly unlocked toon with say 20+ shards then topping it off to 30, but there's no easy way to prove that, and even giving the benefit of doubt, it could at least re-arrange the pack-reveal sequence to make it less ambiguous?
