No more phone support ? (Resolved )

I had a technical problem last night that resulted in loss of crystals , when I tried to have ea customer service call me as usual I could not find that option any more .
Is it gone ? Forever ? Will I have to only their horrible email support where they give the exact same answer as o every question out of the copy paste handbook ?
Very saddening
I restarted phone and option came back . Pleased close / delete thread. Thanks
