My issue: I accidentally removed a prominent guild member recently; how about a confirmation screen before removal?
My idea; Guild Sparring - the ability to test my group(s) against my guildmates. No cost, no reward; just a couple of guildies testing out teams.
Other general game enhancement ideas:
Some sort of private message feature
How about a name search in conjunction with the ally-code search
