Can't upgrade skill

I got Ahsoka from a bronzium pack yesterday. Brought her to lvl49 and gear lvl VI but now I can't upgrade her basic skill and I have no idea why:

Do you have 5 purple Ability Material Mk3? If not that's why, if you do you might need to rank her up a bit more.

I just checked and I have only 4. But why the game doesn't tell me that I need those?

Or level her up. Level 7 may require lv 50+. I don't remember tho

I've had this experience before.

Sometimes it's a glitch, unable to scroll down to see the Purple Material requirement.

Restart the App and it should solve your problem.

LOL, didn't know I have to scroll there. That's really bad design, so much free space everywhere and you have to scroll this tiny window XD
