Raid rewards missing

Most of my guild is reporting that the raid rewards delivered to our inboxes were not delivered in the latest raid. I, for example, was supposedly awarded a scanner, but there is no scanner in my gear inventory.
PS. Email and chat support is useless. With other guild issues the only fix I have ever got is to reinstall the game on my phone, even when we were reporting issues with members on our guild.
PS2: I write this here in case your guild is rushing to spend the currency before the new raid, you pay attention to your rewards.
