Guild leader hasn't logged in in 30+ days. Help!

Hello. Our guild is called The Dark Side and we all love playing together. Our fearless leader no longer plays the game and hasn't logged in in over a month. Is there any way we can have one of the officers installed in his place so we can get the tickets for the new raid? Thanks!

Can't remember how I did it but I somehow emailed EA support describing our situation. I got it knocked back saying our leader was still active (even though he was 60 days since last login)
I tried it again the next day and the email obviously went to a different person who happily made me the leader

Yeah they made me the leader, but we still never got our raid tickets. Hopefully that gets fixed today
