Tier 6 guild looking for members

We are currently running two/three tier 6 raids per week and finishing them in just under/over a day. We only have about 10/15 members that can put out damage of over 1m and only two that can do over 6.

We are currently sitting at 47/50 but we're looking for about 10/20 new guild members so we can start moving up in the ranks and attempt tier 7.

A few requirements are at least level 80 with 10 or more 7* characters with a minimum of gear 8. Must have at least 35k or more arena power and be placing under 200 in the ranks.

Could look at possibly merging but most of us aren't looking to jump ship just yet to another guild.

We currently have a raid going with just a small percentage left before it's finished. Yet no member left to contribute. If anybody is willing to help us? It's only tier 6

Raid is at about 15% on phase 4 and our reset is in 8 hours. Really wanted to get it done by then to start another raid
