As above. He's decent. I have him at 6* and gear 7 and skills at 4+. I mainly only use him for LS battles though, but he's in my team B and Jedi teams. Good damage, lots of health, and decent chances to counter and double attack. Since he's only available in chromium, you don't have much choice if you want to farm him or not. But if you get him enough stars and gear, he will be a good asset.
I'm gonna level up my 7* Fisto and see exactly how good his Tenacity skill is. If I can create a debuff immune team that would work very well in the present meta with a lot of Old Ben and Phasma in the neighborhood.

His AOE attack is super weak, but gives a buff to all your allies. Health medium.
He's not a regular on any squad for me, and only fodder for a few rounds in GW.
