His only usefulness is with phasma lead for the 40% assist chance. I used him for a long time so I know. He is too slow. Simple as that. And there is no way now to mod up ALL his short comings: speed, offense, crit, potency etc, etc.
Oh and he was useful for 2 days before they nerfed mods. For that time with crazy mods... He was a monster. Since then... He just throws temper tantrums.
