Which Nightsister Team Layout?

Scenario 1: Ventress (Lead), Daka, Initiate, Talia, Lumi
Scenario 2: Ahsoka (Lead), Daka, Initiate, Ventress, Lumi

All characters are 7*, fully geared, and on their way to level 70.

Scenario 1: Ventress gives +26 speed to nightsisters, but unfortunately that speed bonus doesn't apply first round, which sucks in these days of speed-boosted heavy hitters. (On a side note, I was able to use Ventress's Strike Fear skill to dispel GW enemy's Defense Up buff. Maybe devs did a stealth fix?) However, Talia still pretty much sucks, despite her occasional situational usefulness.

Scenario 2: Getting rid of Talia is good, and Ahsoka gives bonuses to both nightsisters and jedi. However, she is also extremely slow, and having multiple super-slow characters just seems like a bad idea.

Why the devs decided to make the nightsisters quite slow on the whole, when this is contrary to Star Wars lore, is beyond me!

Other thoughts appreciated as well. I have the following guys in progress:

• Dooku (5*)
• Barriss (5*)
• Kylo (6*)
• Poe (4*)
• Sidious (6*)
• Poggle (4*)

After I star them up, maybe Poe, Ventress (lead), Daka, Initiate, Lumi? Hopefully Poe's initial boost would give Ventress, Initiate, and Lumi enough time to nuke down one of the enemy, activating Ventress's stronger side.
