Battle Meditation related bug

Stumbled upon it couple of times already after last week's updates while playing arena and now also GW.
Oftenly I use Yoda's Battle Meditation with Foresight being present on him while he's casting in an obvious attempt to proliferate Foresight to the whole team. Yet, as of couple days now, when any other team member gets Foresight this way, next time they are attacked they take a hit anyways and the Foresight persist until another attack on the same character which is then Evaded and Foresight is gone. It only happens to the first attacked character after Battle Meditation is casted. This should not happen imho and therefore I submit it as a bug.
