Need 2 people for heroic AAT raid(currently on farm mode)

My guild Fear the boot is currently farming heroic AAT tank raid.
We are looking for two members with deep rosters to do at least 8-10% in each phase. (No, I don't need 8-10% each raid for all four phases.) we do a phase rotation.
So each raid each team will be responsible for a phase..and each member in that team needs to do at least 8-10%
Example if you are in team 1
First raid you will do phase 1 and need to do 8-10%
Next raid team 1 will do phase 2 and need to,do 8-10%
Etc...
Two of our members left to help with our second division, so we got two spots
