Clones and FTP

Seriously, when will another clone be farmable anywhere?
I can understand why Rex is PTP but Cody and Echo are quite average, but yet not farmable. It's weird how FTP can only farm 2 out of 5 clones.

There are 5 Clones and you can Farm 2 (Fives and Sergeant), also you can Spend some Cristals (320) for 4 Shards of Rex or Cody. The only one you need luck to get is Echo. With all Free Crystals, its possible to get 4 of 5 clones.
