Hi, we, "3720 to 1", have 47 active members, majority americans, several European, and some from the rest of the World. The 3 open spots have been ppl that didnt meet our requirements anymore.
Our leaders/ guild reset is Los Angeles timezone. Were doing 3x t7 rancor, two of them mostly sat/ sunday. Tank raid we do atm on normal, everyone working hard on our goal to be able to do heroic by Start of Dezember. 5 days atm on AVG for tank.
Players are mixed with some whales, some Dolphins, guppies etc and approx a third ftp.
We use line as group chat, which is a requirement. Other than that, doing the 600/ daily and contribute as much as possible. Raid rules for rancor are: 12 hour 0 dmg Tag Phase, then at 17:20 GMT it is allowed to finish the run. 1 attack per Person first 12 hours after the End of zero Tag Phase, them ffa (but mostly, rancor doesnt survive that long).
