Healing Immunity not working

I have hit characters with healing immunity by Darth Sidius numerous times in the Galactic War and in the Arena, but it seems that they can still Heal. This is mainly the case with Baris Offee doing the healing. I also notice it when I am fighting teams of droids or against Chewbacca.

Is there a buff that those characters (Baris Offee, etc) have that allows them to heal a teammate (or himself-Chewbacca) even though they have the Healing Immunity spell on them?
