Keep leveling HK or get ig88

Have a 5 star gear 7 HK. Running it with poggle lumi Sid and ig86 currently. I'm about half way to 6stars. Does it make more sense to keep living HK or should I go get 88 and start running more of a droid squad?

I would get HK to 6 star then start with IG88... but that's just me x)

I have a 6* HK and a 5* IG-88 and of the 2 I would choose HK.

Why abandon it halfway? Finish him then you at least have the improved HK while you farm your next toon.
