Thanks, but I've seen that one. I was wondering if any one has a chart that explains which toons have a chance to attack first and like the turn meter out of a 1000, like that one team instinct guide talked about.

Speed Thresholds:

Round 7 - 143+
Round 8 - 125-142
Round 9 - 112-141
Round 10 - 100-111
Round 11 - 90-99
