T7 rancor guild looking for a few strong members/merge to start doing heroic Tank

Guild name is Darkness. We run rancor every 2 days with a 24 hour grace period to allow everyone to register for rewards. We currently finish t6 tank raid in about a week and half with several low level/barely active members. Looking for active members with decent rosters so we can start collecting kenobi shards.
