Is it possible to have Bistan unlocked already

I was just wondering above because I have seen one in a players inventory 2* in the tournament. I've done tithe battle every day and still got 3 shards left to unlock him

3 players in my guild including myself have unlocked him. We are all Aussies.

The other 13 or so Aussies in my guild got on the turps last night, they should have him unlocked when they get past their hangover

Sunday's login reward is 2 shards that plus the one from the battle give you the three shards that are left

I don't think the tournament servers are separate. I feel like I've seen some players with names in European languages and I'm in the U.S.

We live in a multi cultural society.

I live in Melbourne Australia, the shop fronts in dandenong are all signed in for in languages I cannot read so, yeah. Doesn't mean they are not in your locality

Have him unlocked this morning. I'm in the Philippines. Trying to see if he's going to be worth taking further at just 2*. So far getting him to gear 7 isn't as bad as some toons in the past.
