Well considering the home one was in fact bigger than the Executrix as the home one was a Mon Calimari Dreadnaught and not a cruiser.... No

However I do agree that the empire needs some love in terms of ships but realistically the cruiser is as only as good its crew. Level up tarkin and his ship will be better
