Heroes abilities

I have scoured the websites looking for info on when a hero can be upgraded on their abilities?

I have two 7 star heroes that I cant seem to rank up on their abilities...

Scroll down at the bit that displays how many ability mats are needed. Odds are you require some more lvl 3 mats, but those are shown below the lvl1 and 2 mats, off page until you scroll.

I have the mats, and the money but it wont let me upgrade.

They also have a level requirement. What level are they?

Thats the info I want. What levels for each ability?

It tells you if the requirement is not met.

Generally players can get level 5 or 6 abilities. Some level 7 at player level 66 - 70

Something must be off with my game then cause I have never been told that and prior to last patch I never had a retreat button for GW either (yes i know where it was supposed to be)

Try deleting a reinstalling then

Done uninstall and reinstall. The abilities still cant be upgraded.

For example QGJ is 7 star level 54 with his abilities at 3/4/4/3. I have ALL mats 3 times over and plenty of currency. The currency bar is greyed out.

Iam losing battles daily due to this issue.

Just to make sure, you have enough PURPLE mats as well right?
Enough credits?
At level 64 your abilities should be able to upgrade to level 5-6

Wow the slide bar on mats does not show up unless you tap on screen. So yes I am missing purple mats. I feel l Iike a newb.
