Speed mods?

So i've been refreshing cantina E for 2 weeks now x2 each day and only got 1x receiver 0x Holo-Array and 30+ of the remaining 4 types ... is there smth wrong with drop rates on cantina mods.... not complaining on RNG just seems odd to me
