Drop rate ? Arena reward ?

Hello,
I openned my first booster today and ... after not spending one little purple during i started to play i openned because a bug the 8 packs to get .. 1 insect and thats all ?
It's a bug isn't it ?
+ your game is screwed since people are getting *5 arena rewards and there is no compensation for the people who doesn't have this bug, sound stupid and unfair.
