Japanese pop-ups - Under investigation

Hey all -

Just a quick note to let you know we are aware of the bug causing Japanese pop-ups to appear, along with inbox rewards.

We have people working on the issue, and we'll update you once we have more info.

UPDATE: The test campaign has been killed and should no longer be appearing.

To be clear: this *was not* a hack. A set of test imagery and rewards were accidentally pushed to the live game. Your account and info are safe. So, no worries there.

We are still discussing and assessing the accidentally-awarded items. Stay tuned on that front, but note that it will take some time for us to sort through things.

I claimed some, but i stopped after it keep spamming my inbox, by then i realized this is not good and this must be a exploit or sth.

I would dismiss them in your inbox as soon as you can, don't let them accumulate. Ive been forced on a couple occasions to restart trying to delete all these out of my inbox.

no matter wha you do if you just play the game , everytime you press place to go , when it pops up it claims auto matic your just dismissing the message in your inbox

These are all dismiss messages...no option to claim or not

I don't like the way it says "transaction processed" when you dismiss the pop-up - should you not shut the game down while you're dealing with it?

Don't know what's happening, everytime I open a new screen it forces me to accept rewards. Definitely have me shards for shard shop if nothing else

yeah android gets a top notch character that could be taken to 7 stars easliy while we get grey to green tier gear and shards nice

Well havent "accepted" those inbox messages, but went to Shard shop and they converted to shards.

I suggest EA/CG should run servers down so not too much damage will be done...
