2500 crystals, splurge?

I'm just about to tick up to 2500 crystals and was wondering if I should go for "third times a charm" on the fleet mega pack. Whilst I appreciate the value of this pack the first two have been pretty poor, so shall I give it one last shot or wait to see what other sort of ship packs come out when this one times out in a few days?

If you need character shards, then it might be worthwhile. But if you have a decent amount of 7* toons already, then I'd say go with the 499 packs. Better bang for your buck.
