Way to improve hit chance?

Is there a way to improve hit chance in pvp?

I've had so many matches where the other team will have a dodge leader of 15% dodge and they will evade about 80% of my shots and it's turned easy wins for me into wins that should never have happened for the ai team. I've even had matches where they have dodged 100% of my attacks with the total of attacks done by me was 33.

I'm using Wiggs, Han, Leya and kso.

i guess that accuracy arrow mods are the only way to improve hit chance, a 5 dot mod get 12% at lv15
