Rancor Raid Bug

I have noticed several times that the Rancor is ignoring cooldowns and using moves before he should be able to? He has eaten my characters when his timer has had 3 and 2 still to go, also enraged with both 1 and 2 turns until it should end.

I have had other guild members also complain about their strategy being ruined by the Rancor doing this. Eating two people in 3 turns...
