in description it says "risky clone tank that inflicts great damage and debuffs, but grants turn meter to enemies"
but in its ability descriptions not one mentions anything about this?
also i have faced a zillion of them already and not in a single battle have a had a turn meter increase to any of my team
is this bugged? or wrong description?
as it seems to hit very hard with great abilities and debuffs and is a tank with no drawbacks?

great seems mine is cut off, it only says +5% turn meter (lvl1) doesnt have anything about target gaiing turn meter
have been noticing quite a few descriptions are not loading correctly (odd shaped boxes) and also quite alot like vaders zeta (i dont have any zeta just checking others toons) wont scroll down so cuts it off
