Advantage vs offense up

I have phasma and almost poggle. I am wondering what is the differense between advantage and offense up.
I know adv has 100% defense penetration and offense up is 50% offense.
Poggle's lasts for 3 turns and adv lasts for two hits taken.
How much more poweful is offense up?
Lets say an attacker does 2k damage.
With offense up he does 3k damage but how much would he do with advantage?
This will help me decide which support to go with. Thanks

  • Advantage works like this:

    2000 damage - 200 armor= 1800 damage in the end

2000 damage with advantage negates the armor and will = 2000 damage in the end

    Offense Up works like this:

    2000 damage - 200 armor = 1800 damage in the end

3000 damage with offense up - 200 armor = 2800 damage in the end

Are you sure advantage only subtracts the armor? If so then it is really weak because most guys have 100-200 armor so that means 2k damage will only do 2.1-2.2k

Yes armor and resistance if your character deals special damage. It is kinda weak but a few characters gain bonuses if they have Advantage(FOTP, FOO, and Phasma)
