Rancor still eats my toons with cooldown not yet at 0

It's been doing it from the start. The problem is clearly that the cooldown reduces mid-go. If enough of your toons get reduced to 50% health or less from an attack (Pound or regular) the Devour cooldown reduces mid-go, and he gets snacky.

They say they've been investigating it for I don't know how long now, but the problem is clear.
