The W/L stat is actually tracked, you just can't see it yourself, you need someone to look at your record in ally menu.

These are achievements for Arena wins, one of which IS 100 wins so I'm not sure what you're driving at with the first part of that suggestion.

You can lose to any top-tier party arrangement. You can roll in with Quigon, FOTP, Poe, IG-86, Geo and get wasted by a Barriss led Dooku/Sid/Poe/Lumi team.

This is like the NFL where any given Sunday the worst team can beat the best team. RNG happens. Streaks don't.
