Veterans: let's set up a "newbie exchange"

So we have ally lists that are really too short to hold all our friends, and since there is no social aspect to the game, all these allies are useful for is borrowing heroes, and we really don't need 35 people for that. I mean, how many Sidiouses and Luminaras do I need to choose from?
Here's an idea: veterans should reserve 5 or 10 slots for newer players, who are under level 60 or even under level 50. They can borrow our heroes to make it easier for them to get through difficult/broken content like the grenade-spamming missions or Immortal Chewbacca.
I've actually started doing this myself. What do you think?

BTW my Daka is temporarily on hold as I try to 3-star 7B (not having much luck with it yet).

My Light Side is generally good but my Dark Side is always a crummy Talia (3000 power).
Still, they are level 61 good enough for a lowbie/newbie.

P.S. If anybody knows a good Daka (say 3500+ power), I need one. I have only one that crops up sometimes but she's only moderate power and can't get my weak Dark Side team to 3-star much.
