Stormtrooper is an iconic character of Star Wars, even if anonymous.
He is seriously in need of buff, he already was from the start.

So here are 2 ideas :

1) In all the movies, dozens and dozens of them are slained yet we see more of them every next ground battle.
Give him an auto rez like Scarif Pathfinder, but based on the number of debuff on enemy team.
something like 15% chance per debuffed enemy.

2) Also, he either needs a speed buff, or something that would make him competitive compared to shore trooper or RG. something like "when an enemy gains TM, stormtrooper gains half as much"
